We have a 3-day return policy, which means you have 3 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it — unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You must also provide the receipt or proof of purchase.
The refund shall be processed within 15 working days after receiving the returned product.

If your return is accepted, we will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent without prior return approval will not be accepted.
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We will evaluate the issue and take appropriate action.
Certain items are non-returnable, including but not limited to:
- Bat grips
- Hammers
- Balls (single or pack)
- Customised or personalised products
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases
Sale items and gift cards are not eligible for return or refund.

Cancellation requests are accepted only before the order has been dispatched from the BastionSports warehouse.
The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the product you currently have. Once the return is accepted, you may place a new order for the desired item.
If the merchandise is shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, without providing any justification.
